Therapies & Approaches
Therapies For Whom?
Stress, anxiety, trauma and overwhelm can lead anyone of us to feeling a lack of safety and to other emotions that may also be difficult to understand and regulate. Such experiences can contribute to significant mental health issues such as anxiety, depression and obsessive-compulsive thinking and behaviour.
I routinely work with people who experience difficulties associated with:
- anxiety conditions, including separation anxiety; fears and phobias; panic; social anxiety; obsessional compulsive disorder; post-traumatic stress disorder; and trauma
- low mood and depression
- anger
- loss and bereavement
- adjustment to changes in life or health circumstances, including pain management; eating and weight management
- stress-related problems
- low self-esteem and confidence
- neuro-developmental differences and delays
- relationship difficulties.
This list is not exhaustive and enquiries are welcome if your concerns are not represented here and you are unsure if I might be able to help.
